If you feel like you’re always pushing through exhaustion just to keep life moving, you’re not alone. Burnout doesn’t happen overnight, and recovering from it requires more than a few self-care tips. This course helps you step back and look at your life as a whole—your responsibilities, expectations, relationships, energy, and the ways stress has been shaping your health with consideration that you're in a crunch for time and energy. In as little as 15 minutes per day, you’ll learn how burnout develops across multiple areas of life, how chronic stress affects your body, and how to rebuild habits that actually support you instead of adding more pressure. Through reflection and practical strategies, you’ll begin creating a life that feels more sustainable, aligned, and supportive of your wellbeing—without relying on perfection or rigid routines. Burnout recovery and prevention for women doesn't need to be a second routine or a major life reconstruction. You'll be able to connect to yourself in a way that allows for your well-being in short 15 minute section of this course, with only three weeks to completion. This is for the women who do not have time for a full wellness coaching program or would like to deepen the impact of a wellness coaching program: you'll be able to read through material or listen to audio within a matter of minutes, with optional reflection and journaling prompts. Move away from strained relationships, loss of identity, chronic exhaustion, and resentment into balance and purpose.
