If you feel like you’re constantly pushing through exhaustion just to keep up with daily life, you’re not alone. From Survival to Balance was created for women who are carrying the weight of work, caregiving, relationships, and everyday responsibilities while running on very little time and energy. Chronic stress can affect far more than your energy levels—it can impact your wellbeing, habits, relationships, and overall health over time. This three-week course provides a realistic and supportive foundation for understanding burnout, chronic stress, and the patterns that may contribute to long-term imbalance and illness. In as little as 15 minutes per day, you’ll move through short lessons, audio content, and optional reflection prompts designed to fit into real life—not add more pressure to it. You’ll explore: the dimensions of wellbeing; how stress affects the body; values, boundaries, and identity; realistic goal setting and habit integration; and creating a more sustainable way of living. Rather than promoting perfection or rigid routines, this course focuses on small, supportive changes that help you reconnect with yourself and build habits that feel manageable and sustainable. This course is not intended to cure burnout or chronic illness, but to provide education, reflection, and practical tools that will provide for a foundation to help you move out of exhaustion, overwhelm, brain fog, irritability, and overall discontent.
