We'll spend some time envisioning what you want for yourself and your family, then shape goals that align with your values.
Motivational Sources
Explore your "why" and how your goals may impact your life long term. We'll explore your motivations and work to strengthen them over the length of our coaching program to allow you to firmly implement new habits.
Strategy and Action Steps
Based off of your vision, motivation, and goals, we'll form a strategy together and actionable steps. This will be based largely off of what is practical for you to implement into your current lifestyle: you're in the driver's seat!
